IN PROGRESS – Renovation of an existing hangar including demolition of current office area and new construction of lobby, patron areas, and staff areas.  Project also includes construction of a new fuel truck parking canopy with small enclosed garage/storage area.  Associated paving and utility site work.

  • Hangar: 5,290 sf

  • Canopy Building: 3,950 sf

  • Construction start: Fall 2023
