Project Description

This Master Planning effort was for the Rocky Boy Health Center. With several future project discussions in the surrounding area, they needed a master plan and zoning designations to help dictate where all upcoming development should be located and decide a methodology for that progression. This plan looked at residential neighborhood developments, commercial districts and other larger services, how each of these could interact with existing infrastructure and the natural environment, and ultimately asked the question of how this community wishes to expand and progress into the future.
