Project Description

A modern design of a 23,000 sf riding arena with a 5,500 sf attached stable. Stable includes a climate-controlled viewing area with kitchenette & tack room, grooming stalls, wash bay, and tractor storage. Design utilizes natural light while minimizing shadows and supplemented with soft artificial lighting to create even lighting throughout the arena. On nice days 12 large glass doors in the arena can open to allow fresh air and the outdoors into the arena.
